Winthrop Development Consultants is proud to present Inventory Costing Per Site for Microsoft Dynamics GP (IVCP).

An enhancement for the core inventory functionality to provide inventory costing on a per site basis for each item.
 
 
Introduction
Inventory Costing Per Site for Microsoft Dynamics GP is a Dexterity based integrated product for Microsoft Dynamics GP which enhances the core inventory functionality to provide inventory costing on a per site basis for each item.

Inventory Costing Per Site is still a preview product at this stage. It is fully functional for core Microsoft Dynamics GP and has been in use for over three years, however, the user guide has not yet been completed.

Features
Inventory Costing Per Site, once activated, works by defining an item as a "master" item. Inventory sites can then be assigned to the master item. Behind the scenes, individual "site" items are created for each assigned site. The user just enters the master item and the site ID and the actual site item is swapped in automatically.
 		  
The master item is not actually assigned to any sites and is used to provide a summed or overall view of all the site items. It cannot be used directly in a transaction. The site items are only assigned to the site they represent and cannot be assigned or used with any other site.
 		  
Almost all setup, transaction, inquiry and lookup windows have been adjusted to hide the site items from end users, but they are visible on reports and smartlists. This does mean that the product has many alternate windows which need to be used.
 		  
For example: For an Item called: PRINTER assigned to two sites: NORTH & SOUTH, there will be the following items created in the Item Master table:

  -  Master Item: PRINTER not assigned to any sites.
  -  Site item 1: PRINTER@NORTH assigned to the NORTH site.
  -  Site item 2: PRINTER@SOUTH assigned to the SOUTH site.

  • Free 30 day trial available - Just download, install and add your contact details into the registration system, then just click on the individual key icons for the module to request trial keys.
     
  • For customers, the price of an annual subscription is US$3000. As an annual subscription, each subsequent year renewal is for the same amount. There is no additional maintenance or annual enhancement fee, just the annual subscription. The price is per system and not affected by the number of users or companies.
     
  • Partners can request Not for Resale (NFR) registration keys.
     
    Please sign up as a partner with Winthrop Development Consultants on the Partners page and you are automatically entitled to NFR registration keys for your in-house or demonstration systems.

    Note: Partners must be using registration keys with their registered site name and not demo keys with Two, Inc. for NFR registration to work.
