Omni Price - Core Module: Price Check

Omni Price has a Price Check window which can be used to check the exact customer price for an item for any given situation.  This window can be easily opened from the Sales Order Processing and Invoicing Transaction Entry windows.

Features available include:-

Test your Omni Price contracts or confirm how a price was obtained by using the Price Check window.

Allows data entry of all fields which could affect pricing.  This include: Module, Date, Customer ID, Bill to and Ship to Address IDs, Item Number, Unit of Measure, Quantity, Price Level, Currency ID, Salesperson ID, Territory ID, Shipping Method, Payment Terms, Site ID, SOP User Defined Lists 1 to 3, SOP User Defined Text 1 to 5 and Invoicing User Defined Fields 1 & 2.

Full support for Multi-currency with both Functional and Originating currency views.

Displays Unit Price as calculated by the system and then shows Omni Price's Special Price or Markdown, with the new Extended Price and the Contract used.

Shows all valid contracts for the situation based on the fields entered and highlights the contract selected for use.

Results shown in the Price Check window can easily be printed with the built-in report.
