Customer
Filters can have restrictions applied on the following fields: Customer ID, Customer Name,
Class ID, Salesperson ID, Territory ID, Price Level, Default Currency ID, Shipping Method,
Payment Terms, User Defined 1 & 2, City, State, Zip or Postal Code, Country, Carrier
Zone and Created Date.

"Intra-range
Selection" is available using the Details button for the following fields: Customer
ID, Class ID, Salesperson ID, Territory ID, Price Level, Default Currency ID, Shipping
Method, Payment Terms.

Filters can use the Main, Bill To or Ship To addresses for the address based restrictions.
This controls which values are used for Salesperson ID, Territory ID,
Shipping Method, City, State, Zip Code, Country and Carrier Zone.

Defined 1 and 2 fields from either the Customer Maintenance window
(default) or from the Customer Address Maintenance window.
