Omni Tools - Omni Password

Omni Password provides Password Restrictions similar to those available in Windows NT.  These options can be applied to both User and System password.  Users can be locked out of the system during System Maintenance.  Also available is an Inactivity Timeout feature to log out inactive users.

Passwords can be changed in Great Plains SQL versions and stored in SQL Server without encryption (Not available on Version 9.0 onwards).

Options can be applied to System and User Passwords.

System Maintenance Lockout option for a single company or all companies.

Automatic Periodic Checks can be used to notify users already logged in, that System Maintenance is pending.
