Omni Field Security has been withdrawn from sale now that Advanced Security v7 is released, as per Winthrop's agreement with Microsoft Business Solutions.

Omni Field Security provides Field Level Security for any Field, Window or Form in any Product Dictionary (including 3rd party). It allows you to password, lock, disable or hide Fields as well as to password or disable Windows and Forms. You can also filter the contents of Scrolling windows. It has an explorer style interface to assign Field Security to Users/Companies and Classes. Field Security can also be conditional based on the results of user defined Dexterity SanScript code, this allows business logic to be used to describe Record Level Security.

Features available include:-

	Explorer style interface showing Field Security objects, Companies and Users/Classes.
	Field Security objects allow the Product, Form, Window (optional), Field (optional) and Table (optional) resource to be defined.
	There are 14 Security Modes which can be applied to Fields, Windows, Scrolling Windows and Forms, including Modes which require passwords.
	A Field Security object can be made Conditional by adding Dexterity SanScript code. This code can used to make decisions based on values from any window fields or table fields in any Product.
	The conditional scripting feature can be used to create Record Level Security, by describing the business logic in the code and preventing access as required See the F.A.Q. for examples.
	Field Security objects can be Duplicated so that similar settings can be used without having recreate all the information.
	The Product, Form, Window and Field resources are selected using a powerful Resource Explorer.
	The Table resource needed for Scrolling Window Modes is selected using a simple Table Lookup.
	The Resource Explorer can also be used to enter Resource Names into the Conditional Script via a Names button.
	Passwords are selected from a list of user defined passwords. This allows access via passwords to be grouped.
	Company, User/Class and Field Security lists can be sorted on any column.
	Multi-selection of Companies and Users/Classes allow changes to be applied across the entire system.
	Changes to Classes are rolled down without overwriting individual User settings. Classes are now rolled down automatically when a User's Class is changed.
	The Field Security status for the selected Companies and Users/Classes is shown against the Field Security objects.
	The Field Security status for the selected Field Security object is shown for all Users in the selected Companies and Classes.
	Security settings can be changed by clicking on Field Security objects, Companies or Users/Classes.
	Pending changes are shown and can be applied or cancelled.
