After long consideration and much deliberation, Winthrop Dexterity Consultants is leaving the Great Plains community. Effective immediately Rockton Software will be selling, supporting and developing Omni Tools and Omni Price.

You may already be familiar with Rockton Software and the award-winning suite of Dynamics GP enhancements offered by them. Indeed you may have a reseller agreement with them in place already. The following F.A.Q. should answer any questions you may have:

Who do I contact for support and/or sales of Omni Tools & Omni Price?
All support and sales of Omni Tools (Omni Password, Omni Menu, Omni Reset, Omni Palettes, Omni Login & Omni Notify) and Omni Price is now handled by Rockton Software.

 

Do I need to sign up as a Reseller with Rockton Software?
Yes, If you are a MBS Partner and have customers using Omni Tools or Omni Price, or wish to sell either product you will need to be signed up with Rockton Software as a Reseller.

 

I have an existing Quote with a customer using pricing obtained from Winthrop, will that be honoured?
Rockton Software has agreed to honour quotes provided to customers during the transition period. Please notify them immediately if you have a quote outstanding.

 

I paid my Annual Enhancement Plan (AEP) fees to Winthrop, will that be honoured?
Yes. Rockton Software has all the records of when Annual Enhancement Plan fees have been paid up to and they will honour and support those sites.

 

When my Annual Enhancement Plan (AEP) fees come due, who do I renew with?
You would need to renew with Rockton Software who will provide you with the details of their Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA).
